If necessary you may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. 

At cc bean all of our products are carefully checked before they are shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that have damaged during shipment. Email a photo of the damaged item to hello@ccbean.co.nz  within 7 days of delivery.

 Shipping Policy

$7 flat rate shipping within NZ urban areas. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 business days for delivery. Delivery is not available to P.O. boxes. Your order will be delivered by NZ Post or Courier Post with Track and Trace - Signature required. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if you have not received this or email us at hello@ccbean.co.nz
